Expert help, for the decisions you only make once.
Migrations, modernisation and architecture reviews. The work where getting it right the first time is worth more than getting it done fast.

Some problems don't fit a product.
Cost Reduction and Cost Monitoring run quietly in the background. They are built to need little of your attention.
Some questions are not like that. Should this move to containers, or stay where it is? Is this account structure going to hold for another two years? What breaks if that region goes down?
Those are the questions worth an expert and a conversation, not a tool.
Migration
Moving to AWS, or moving between accounts and regions. Planned so the cutover is the boring part.
Modernisation
Workloads that work, but could work better. Containers, serverless, managed services – where they actually earn their place.
Architecture review
A second opinion on what you have built. What holds, what will not, and what to do about it.
Account structure
Organisations, guardrails and Control Tower. The foundations that are painful to change later.
Resilience
What happens when something fails. Backup, recovery and whether the plan actually works.
Well-Architected
A structured review against the AWS framework, with findings you can act on.
How it works.
Start with the problem
Tell us what you’re trying to solve. Sometimes a conversation is enough.
Scope the work
If more is needed, we define what we’ll look at, what you’ll get and what it costs.
Decide before we start
No vague engagement. You know the scope, deliverables and price upfront.
AWS expertise, validated.
Cost Reduction and Cost Monitoring are our core services. But our AWS expertise goes beyond cost.
When customers need help with architecture, migrations, account structure or resilience, we can step in with practical advice and hands-on support.
Our AWS Advanced Tier status, Control Tower Delivery designation and Small and Medium Business Services Competency reflect capabilities and delivery processes reviewed by AWS.
Common questions.
No. Advisory work stands on its own, and plenty of it happens before anyone thinks about commitments.
Scoped per engagement, agreed before the work starts. You will know the number before you commit to anything.
It depends on the question. An architecture review is usually weeks; a migration depends entirely on what is being moved. We will tell you what we think after the first conversation.
Only if you want us to. The default is that we advise and your team builds – most customers prefer to keep the knowledge in house.
Then ask. Not everything needs to be an engagement, and we would rather answer a short question than sell you a long project.
Not sure where to start?
Neither are most people on the first call. Tell us what you are weighing up.
